By accessing or using tafsiri.co.ke ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
Tafsiri is a clothing brand operated from Nairobi, Kenya. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Nairobi.
All prices on the Site are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT at 16% where applicable. Prices may change without notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.
We do our best to keep product images, descriptions and stock levels accurate, but minor colour or print variations may occur as our pieces are produced in small batches. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or correct pricing errors.
When you place an order you will receive an order reference (e.g. TF-XXXXXX) and a confirmation email. An order is only confirmed once payment has cleared.
We accept M-PESA and Cash on Delivery within Nairobi. M-PESA payments are processed by Safaricom — we never see your PIN. Cash on Delivery orders may require phone verification before dispatch.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday–Saturday are delivered the same day within Nairobi. Orders placed after 12:00 noon are delivered the next working day. Deliveries outside Nairobi take 1–3 working days depending on location.
Delivery charges, if any, are calculated at checkout. You must provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details or unreachable phone lines.
We want you to love what you wear. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund.
For size exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Custom orders, sale items and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. To start a return, email info@tafsiri.co.ke with your order reference.
All content on this Site — including the Tafsiri name, logo, prints, photography, designs and copy — is the property of Tafsiri or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Personal use (e.g. saving a product photo to share with a friend) is fine.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to hack, spam, scrape data, post abusive content, or interfere with other users. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms.
The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Tafsiri is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
